This policy exists to protect the integrity, security, and availability of the Galighticus platform for all users. By accessing or using Galighticus, you agree to comply with this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access, termination of your account, and potential legal action.

You may use Galighticus for its intended purposes: browsing and purchasing products; accessing educational programmes and content you have enrolled in; booking and attending spiritual services and events; and participating in our community in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

Any use not expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law is prohibited.

You may not use Galighticus to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organisation; engage in fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices; harass, abuse, or threaten any individual; distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content; send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing communications, or chain letters; or facilitate any of the above by others.

You may not use our platform to conduct, promote, or facilitate commercial activities that compete with Galighticus without our prior written consent.

You may not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, databases, or any other user's account; probe, scan, or test our systems or network for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation from Galighticus; introduce or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code or software; perform denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or otherwise attempt to overload or disrupt our infrastructure; intercept, monitor, or alter data or communications without authorisation; or circumvent, disable, or bypass any security feature, access control, or technical protection measure.

You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, collect, or extract content or data from our platform without prior written permission from Galighticus.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You must: use a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services; never share your login credentials with any other person; log out of shared or public devices when you have finished using your account; and notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

We may require additional identity verification if we detect unusual or suspicious account activity. Failure to verify your identity may result in a temporary account suspension to protect your account security.

We reserve the right to monitor platform activity for compliance with this policy and our Terms & Conditions. Monitoring is conducted to maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect our community and platform integrity.

Where we detect a violation of this policy, we may: suspend or terminate access immediately without prior notice; remove offending content; preserve evidence and activity logs for legal proceedings; and cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

If you are a security researcher and discover a vulnerability in our platform, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please contact us via our Contact page to report the issue privately before any public disclosure.

We will acknowledge receipt of your report, investigate the issue, and work to resolve verified vulnerabilities promptly. We appreciate the security community's help in keeping our platform safe.
