All content on the Galighticus platform — including text, articles, course and programme materials, ritual guides, images, graphics, logos, illustrations, audio recordings, video content, code, and software — is owned by Galighticus or is licensed to us by its creators, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This content is protected by copyright law, database rights, design rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited and may constitute an infringement.

Galighticus, the Galighticus name, logo, and any related brand marks are trademarks of Galighticus. You may not use these marks in any way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Galighticus without our prior written permission.

Using our name or logo in domain names, social media handles, product names, or marketing materials without authorisation is prohibited and may be legally actionable.

You may: access and view content on our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes; share links to our publicly accessible pages on social media or in personal communications; and quote short extracts from our public content with clear attribution and a direct link to the original source page.

Practitioners, affiliates, and partners who have a signed agreement with Galighticus may use approved brand assets within the scope expressly defined in that agreement.

Without our prior written consent, you may not: reproduce, copy, republish, upload, broadcast, or transmit our content in whole or in substantial part; sell, licence, sublicence, or commercially exploit any of our content; adapt, translate, modify, or create derivative works based on our content; remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; or use our content or materials to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence systems.

Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to systematically extract content or data from our platform is strictly prohibited.

You retain copyright in any original content you create and post on our community platform. By posting, you grant Galighticus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt your content in connection with operating and promoting our platform.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. If we receive a credible infringement claim relating to your content, we may remove it while the claim is investigated.

If you wish to revoke this licence for specific content you have posted, contact us and we will consider removal on a case-by-case basis.

Some content on our platform is licensed from third parties, including stock photography, fonts, and music. Such content is used in compliance with the relevant licence terms and may not be extracted or used separately from our platform.

Where content is credited to a specific author, creator, or source, all intellectual property rights remain with that party.
