By accessing or using any part of the Galighticus platform — including browsing our website, creating an account, placing an order, enrolling in a programme, registering for an event, or participating in our community — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using Galighticus immediately. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Galighticus.

If you are using Galighticus on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Galighticus is a spiritual wellness platform offering physical products, digital downloads, educational programmes, practitioner services, events, and a community space. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Galighticus.

Some features of Galighticus require you to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

When you place an order for a physical product, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display colours, sizes, and qualities accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device display reflects the exact product appearance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where products are unavailable, where pricing errors have occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon confirmed payment. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery of digital content, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights law.

Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display digital content without our prior written permission.

If a digital product fails to download or is defective, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a working version or a full refund.

Enrolment in a Galighticus programme grants you access to the programme content for the licence period specified at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, access is for personal use by the individual who enrolled.

Programme content — including lessons, rituals, worksheets, live sessions, and recordings — is our intellectual property and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed without permission.

Programmes are for educational and personal development purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your own engagement, effort, and circumstances.

Live sessions within programmes are subject to our scheduling and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Recordings of live sessions may be made available to enrolled participants at our discretion.

Galighticus offers spiritual wellness services including readings, ceremonies, healing sessions, and consultations. These services are provided for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and educational purposes only.

All spiritual services must be booked through our official booking system. Appointment times are confirmed by email. You are responsible for attending booked sessions on time.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full service rate. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Galighticus practitioners provide services in good faith within their spiritual expertise. Nothing communicated in a service session constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Galighticus hosts in-person and online events including workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and community gatherings. Event-specific terms are set out in our Event Terms document and apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.

By registering for an event, you confirm that you are fit to participate and that you will comply with all health, safety, and conduct guidelines issued for that event.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any attendee who violates our conduct policies or poses a risk to the wellbeing of others, without issuing a refund.

Galighticus provides a community platform where members can share experiences, participate in discussions, and connect with one another. Access to the community may require a membership, programme enrolment, or invitation.

Our Community Guidelines set out the standards of behaviour expected in our community spaces. You agree to comply with these guidelines as a condition of access.

We do not pre-screen user-generated content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines, is unlawful, or is harmful to our community, without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for content you post in our community. We are not liable for user-generated content except where required by applicable law.

When you post, share, or upload content to our platform — including comments, posts, images, videos, and testimonials — you retain ownership of that content. By posting, you grant Galighticus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting our platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

If you submit a testimonial or review, you consent to its publication on our website and in marketing materials. You may request removal of your personal testimonial at any time by contacting us.

All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the amounts due.

For subscription-based products, your payment method will be charged at the agreed recurring interval. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account or services until payment is resolved. We will notify you of payment failures by email.

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Your order confirmation will show the total amount charged, including any applicable taxes.

Galighticus may offer subscriptions or membership tiers that provide ongoing access to content, community features, or services. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days written notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Promotional or discounted subscription offers are valid only for the period stated and revert to the standard rate at the end of the promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All content, branding, design, software, and materials on the Galighticus platform are owned by Galighticus or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from our platform without prior written permission. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or systems.

You agree not to use Galighticus for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited conduct includes: impersonating others; harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at any person; posting false or misleading information; attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts; disrupting the platform or other users' experience; and transmitting malware or harmful code.

You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, payment systems, or content restrictions. You may not use our platform to solicit other users for competing commercial services without our written permission.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using Galighticus, you acknowledge our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies and how you can manage your preferences.

Galighticus provides its platform and services "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

We do not endorse any content posted by third parties on our platform and are not responsible for the actions of other users.

Please read our Disclaimer document for important information regarding the nature of our spiritual and educational services and the limitations of what we offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galighticus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Galighticus shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Galighticus and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from: your use of the platform; your violation of these terms; your violation of any third-party rights; or any content you post or transmit through the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU consumers may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a complaint or dispute. We aim to resolve issues informally and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute within a reasonable time, you may have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

EU consumers have the right to use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for unresolved disputes. The ODR platform is accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For disputes not covered by EU ADR mechanisms, any unresolved claim shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

You may stop using Galighticus at any time and delete your account through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, if required by law, or for security or operational reasons. We will give you reasonable notice where possible and permitted by law.

Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of Galighticus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform before the changes take effect.
