Our community is a space for connection, growth, and spiritual exploration. These guidelines apply to all members across our community platform, group programmes, events, and social channels.
Our community values
The Galighticus community is built on respect, authenticity, and collective growth. We welcome people from all backgrounds, traditions, and walks of life who are committed to showing up with integrity, curiosity, and care for one another.
We are a trauma-informed community. We recognise that spiritual and personal development work can surface vulnerability. We ask all members to hold space for one another with care, and to respect that people are at different stages of their journey.
Participating in our community is a privilege. By joining, you agree to uphold these values in all spaces — public posts, private messages, live sessions, and events.
Who can join
Community spaces are open to members who hold an active account, programme enrolment, or membership as required by the specific space. Some areas may have additional entry criteria.
You must be at least 16 years old to join our community independently. Some community spaces, programmes, or events may have higher minimum age requirements, which will be stated clearly.
Community membership is a privilege. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at our discretion, particularly where we believe an individual poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others.
What we encourage
Sharing authentic experiences, questions, and insights related to spiritual practice and personal growth.
Supporting and uplifting fellow community members with kindness, empathy, and constructive engagement.
Engaging with curiosity rather than judgment — especially when encountering perspectives different from your own.
Celebrating milestones, breakthroughs, and growth — your own and others'.
Giving credit when sharing teachings, quotes, artwork, or ideas that originate with others.
Prohibited content
Content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory (based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic), threatening, or sexually explicit is not permitted in any form.
Sharing personal or identifying information about other members without their explicit consent ("doxxing") is strictly prohibited.
Misinformation — including false health claims, dangerous wellness advice, or deliberate misrepresentation of spiritual teachings — is not permitted and may be removed without notice.
Content that infringes the copyright or intellectual property of Galighticus or any third party — including sharing programme materials outside our platform — is prohibited.
Unsolicited commercial promotion, spam, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or posting affiliate links without prior written permission from Galighticus are not allowed.
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, bullying, or targeted negative behaviour directed at any individual — whether through public posts, comments, or private messages — is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
Impersonating Galighticus staff, practitioners, facilitators, or other community members in any manner is not permitted.
Attempting to recruit or solicit community members into competing programmes, platforms, or services without Galighticus's written permission is prohibited.
Sharing or discussing content from private group sessions, programme materials, or community conversations outside of the platform without the explicit consent of all parties involved is a serious violation of trust and these guidelines.
Spiritual practice standards
We welcome a diverse range of spiritual traditions and personal practices. Please share your own path with openness, without disparaging the beliefs, practices, or traditions of others.
Do not claim credentials, certifications, or expertise that you do not hold. When sharing practices or knowledge outside of official Galighticus content, clearly frame it as personal experience or exploration — not professional guidance.
Be thoughtful when discussing topics that may trigger others, including trauma, grief, mental health, or crisis experiences. If a member appears to be in distress, the most supportive response is to encourage them to seek qualified professional support rather than to provide direct interventions.
Reporting content or members
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, or that concerns you for any reason, please use the report function within the platform or contact us via our Contact page.
All reports are treated with confidentiality. We will investigate and take appropriate action. We will not disclose the identity of those who submit reports.
Moderation & appeals
Our moderation team reviews reported content and behaviour and may take action including: removing or editing content; issuing a formal warning; temporarily suspending community access; or permanently removing a member from the platform.
If you believe that moderation action was taken against you in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting us within 14 days of the action. We will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.
Consequences
Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning and removal of the specific content. Serious violations, repeated offences, or conduct that endangers others may result in immediate and permanent removal from the community and the broader Galighticus platform, without eligibility for refund.
Where conduct may constitute a criminal offence — including threats, harassment, or sharing of illegal content — we reserve the right to report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Changes to these guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines as our community grows and evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to members by email or within the platform. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
