When you first visit our public apps (the main website and community platform), we show a cookie consent banner. You can choose Essential only (strictly necessary cookies only) or Accept analytics (essential cookies plus analytics, as described below). Essential cookies do not require your consent because they are strictly necessary for the site to function.

You may change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in our website footer, which clears your saved preference and shows the banner again. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred before withdrawal.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to operate. They enable core functionality such as account sign-in, shopping cart, checkout, security, and fraud prevention. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using these features.

Examples include session cookies that keep you logged in during a visit, CSRF tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery attacks, and cookies that store your cookie preference choices.

Analytics cookies and similar technologies help us understand how visitors use our public apps — for example, which pages are visited, how people navigate the site, and where traffic arrives from. This information helps us improve the platform experience.

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., US cloud — https://us.posthog.com) on the website and community app only when you choose Accept analytics on our cookie banner. PostHog is not loaded if you choose Essential only. Depending on your choice, PostHog may collect page views, device and browser information, and product usage events. We do not use continuous session replay for routine monitoring. When something goes wrong, we may use separate error and incident tools (for example Sentry) that can capture limited diagnostic context around failures — not ongoing surveillance of normal browsing.

We use separate PostHog projects per app. Our internal admin tools use a privacy-hardened configuration without session replay. Server-side business events (for example order completion) are sent to a dedicated backend PostHog project and do not include free-text personal narratives.

Analytics data may be processed in the United States. Where required by law, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy.

Preference cookies remember choices you make — such as your preferred language, region, display settings, or currency — so you do not need to reset them each time you visit. These cookies require your consent.

We do not currently use third-party advertising networks to serve personalised advertisements. If this changes, we will update this policy and obtain your explicit consent before placing marketing cookies.

We may use first-party marketing cookies to measure the effectiveness of our own promotional campaigns. These require your consent.

Some third-party services embedded in our platform — such as payment processors, video players, or social media sharing tools — may set their own cookies. We do not control these cookies. You should review the privacy and cookie policies of those third parties.

We select third-party providers carefully and work to limit the data they can access from our users.

You can change analytics preferences using Cookie settings in our website footer, which resets your saved choice and displays the consent banner again.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some features from working — for example, you may be unable to stay signed in or complete a purchase.
